$39 billion bailout for industries affected by tariffs

That’s quite the authoritarian view. So you feel that the government needs to collect fees from people so they can work? Why can’t the best person at the best price get the work? As someone having a house built, why would I want to pay an inflated price for labor? I benefit by saving money on the house which allows me to purchase other things. I win and the laborer wins. You sound like taxi drivers who are angry about Uber and want the government to step in and make it more costly for Uber to drive people.greenblood said:

$25 billion US funded border wall?
Deportation of longstanding Labor supply for multi-billion $$$ Ag, hospitality and entertainment industries?
Tariffs?
Corporate welfare? Payments to farmers to reimburse negative impact of tariffs?
The tug is home to all of this bullshit, including from self-professed “free marketers.”
It’s funny leftists want to drive down wages and conservatives want government to stymie the free market. It’s like it’s Opposite Day.
We aren't talking about just agricultural and farming. Illegal immigrants also drive down wages in the construction field. Your remodelers, roofers, framers, painters, plumbers, landscapers, tile layers, flat workers, are already negatively impacted. Illegals don't pay for licensing, insurance, bonding, etc. So they can outbid on any job they choose. They can also get scooped up by general contractors looking for cheap labor on subdivisions, or employed by specialty contractors because they can be employed on the cheap. This obviously isn't legal, but turning a blind eye will make this practice much more abundant.
The workers you are worried about aren’t the victims of immigrants, they are the victims of government intervention in their livelihood. Get rid of the government burden and let them compete. -

You're getting upvoted and chinned by @CirrhosisDawg. Must mean something is wrong with your argument. lol if you think I actually read breitbart. I'm for all of those things you mentioned too--for US citizens. The USA is priority number 1, that's what I care about, not the rest of the world. You're making an open borders globalist argument, insinuating that I'm against free markets because I'm against open borders and the free movement of international labor. That's the key word, international.MikeDamone said:

I bet you have a George Soros portrait hanging in your study too. Free markets for US citizens within US borders, where everyone is free to move about as they wish to exchange labor for pay. The rest of the world isn't our concern. The US is not a dumping ground for illegal labor. Foreigners have no right to 'make it here' when they can make it in their own countries. You're making the Cochsuckers proud in this thread.MikeDamone said:

I care about freedom, liberty, property rights, self ownership, free markets and peace. You care about government oppession of those things and using force of the government to enforce your beliefs. I’m starting to think you and Soros have a lot in common as authoritarian assholes.

The Cochsucker faggots want open borders so they can continue to enrich themselves at the expense of American citizens. We need mechanisms to limit the influence that such people have on government policy through their lobbying efforts. I'm all for cracking down on motherfuckers like that. The founders never intended America to be a country that was sold to the highest bidder. As for the shit about me wanting government to enforce my beliefs, pure horseshit. I want the government to enforce the Constitution. A government that stops following the Constitution is a government that has become an enemy of the people. It's the duty of the people to overthrow such governments. -
