Why hasn't the guy in Kenosha who pulled a gun on the 17 year old been arrested? There are two sets of rules out there. Ones for conservatives and ones for leftists.

There is no fucking reason not to arrest and charge this person.

You can’t put two in the chest of an unarmed person with video evidence and not spend AT LEAST a night in jail.

Is this the DA sending some sort of message to his antifa buddies, vis a vis police shootings, or what?

The DA Mike Schmidt used to be an Antifa rioter. If there isn’t at least a manslaughter charge in this he isn’t going to be DA for long.

Unarmed guys trying to take your weapon are entirely shootable especially when they belong to a rioting group of criminal thugs known for beating people nearly to death. Perfectly justified. Let him/her too close actually.
