For the “why didn’t they use a taser on him” people, they apparently did taser him and he still was able to walk back to his car.

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/chicago.suntimes.com/platform/amp/metro-state/2020/8/24/21399620/kenosha-shooting-jacob-blake-neighbors-witnesses

One witness, who did not want his name used but said he had an unobstructed view of the events leading to the shooting, said Blake pushed past police and that’s when they struck him with Tasers.

“He didn’t even flinch,” the witness said. “He just kept walking.”

Blake tried to climb into his car, that’s when a police officer grabbed him, the witness said.

“They start to wrestle,” the witness said. “The officer is punching on him. Two officers come to assist. They get him down on the curb behind his vehicle. Somehow he manages to get up. They said he has a knife. All of the officers pull out their guns. ... (One of the officers) tells him, ‘Get out of the car!’ and he starts shooting.”

The cops should have wrestled the guy down before he even reached the driver side door. It looks like the cops hesitated, then their options were limited. The guy shouldn't have resisted, but it looks like if the cops acted earlier the shooting could have been avoided.

How do you know they didn't wrestle with him prior to this?
Then they should have wrestled him down again, and from what I know it isn't illegal to temporarily restrain/cuff somebody. There's three of them, and the suspected wasn't huge, they should have been able to do it.
Did you miss the entire George Floyd bodycam video? The officer did restrain him as George Kirby was overdosing on Fetanyl. There were even 4 televised funerals for George Taylor.
Yes, but these cops also wouldn't have to grind their knee into the man's neck. Had they not put extended pressure on Floyd's neck, and he still happened to die, I'll be willing to bet they aren't facing murder charges right now. They would have to find another cause, as police force would be highly unlikely the reason.
Chauvin is walking on any murder charge. There's no intent, at all, anywhere.

Neg Hom is as far as it goes and they'll be lucky to make that stick.

There is only one of them with a knee on the neck. The other three are going to get acquitted. Chauvin might as well given Felonious Floyd’s toxicology report in the autopsy.

As @MikeDamone posted last week, the DA severely overcharged all of them.
Yup. They always do in the racially-tinged cases, as red meat for the angry mob.

The shooting happened about 5 p.m. Sunday and was captured from across the street on cellphone video that was posted online. Kenosha police do not have body cameras.

    That's not good.

Its pretty clear the positives of body cameras outway the negatives.

All police should be wearing body cameras and the footage should be easily available and obtainable to any party named in the report/incident.

And whining about "hate" (boo-hoo) isn't a "masculinity issue?"

I knew you were passive and stupid, but I didn't think you were hypocrite, too.

Continue plumbing the depths of your spinelessness, @BearsWiin. It's fascinating to witness.
