Move Salvon to WR

Cam is going to be really good, he just needs a year to get right physically and work on his fumbling issue. Both Newton and Davis have had trouble with fumbles in practice which are fixable they just need to work on the proper technique.

You’re saying they’ve been well documented?sonics1993 said:Cam is going to be really good, he just needs a year to get right physically and work on his fumbling issue. Both Newton and Davis have had trouble with fumbles in practice which are fixable they just need to work on the proper technique.

Newton’s fumble vs BYU was from fighting for extra yards when they weren’t even really there. Like Hunter Bryant, at times it’s better to just get down then fight a bunch of guys for 1-2 yards.sonics1993 said:Cam is going to be really good, he just needs a year to get right physically and work on his fumbling issue. He had crazy burst. The best RB to ever okay for UW tho was Dillon, very easily.NeGgaPlEaSe said:https://youtu.be/ZezWYBQpwa4

Best career was Nip (Nap?) and probably Gaskin. If Sankey came back his senior year he would be right there too. -

1000 yard season over 5.3 yards per carry average in a shit season with no help from your big dick QB
-
Ahmed is a true burner, but a legit #1 RB he is not.
-
Salvon ran like a complete pussy the last 2 games of the season. He is gonna try his luck at the NFL and will probably fake an injury for the bowel game
-
1000 yards 5.5 yards per carry, 2nd or 3rd in Pac 12 Rushing
Missed a game, had 6 attempts one game and 8 attempts against Hawaii.
I’m not sure he should be number one. In ideal conditions, he would have been 1a with Newton 1b. Both should have averaged 12-15 rush attempts per game.
I don’t recall seeing a ton of draw plays or trying to get him to the edge.
Even I formation with Newton taking the A gap like last night would have been an improvement against the teams that made Eason look like brown socks 🧦 2 -

Ts and Ps to BTPs sanity

Clyde Edwards-Helaire looked like a really good RB to me. Short and stocky. Not a WR type.

No way I'd accept that move this year if I'm Salvon, there's like 75 receivers in this draft who would rank above him. His path is much more clear as an RB.DoogCourics said: -
He declared early and yet is being asked to change positions. We are laughing. I don't have a lot of sympathy for his plight. I do hope he makes a decent living on the Detroit Lions practice squad though.dnc said:

You know who else the NFL wanted to move to WR? 2019 NFL MVP Lamar Jackson. Salvon should really show those stupid NFL GMs by not running the 40/agility and only doing running back drills. Lamar Jackson 2.0

It doesn’t really mean shit. It could have been two teams.dnc said:

Edwards-Helaire is a perfect change of pace back for teams that like to use RBs as pass-catchers out of the backfield, which is more and more. Not sure why anyone would see him as a WR.RoadDawg55 said:Clyde Edwards-Helaire looked like a really good RB to me. Short and stocky. Not a WR type.

Here's the output for both Ahmed and Newton yesterday:
Ahmed: 5, 2, 5, 4, 5, 2, 89, 7, -3, 7, 2, 6, 0, 4, 6
Newton: 2, 2, 1, 6, 1, 0, 2, 6, 0
I'm the biggest #FeedTheNewt fan around (I've got a $30 Chinesium jersey en route), but I know which of those two production levels I prefer. Ahmed had a 15 yarder that was called back for holding, too.
That being said, I'd love to see Terrorist's role be diversified into more pass catching, witness his straight line speed; he outran USC's secondary on an up the middle run, whereas Stephen Carr couldn't outrun ours.
It also doesn't mean shit because those teams are considering him as an all around back not a WR. They just want to see if he can catch like a competent WR.RoadDawg55 said:

He’s not small. He’s just short. 5’8” 210 is plenty big. I think he can be an every down back. He was a beast. Killed it against Bama and was their best player that game. Against Clemson, they were a little too pass happy although it’s tough to complain when you put up points like they did.NorwegianHusky said:

Especially in an alleged historically deep WR class. But still, we were right. Fuck BTP.dnc said:
