Only thing barbells are being used for in that is plateless curls. They look like someone who entered the gym for the 7th time in their life and just pick up random dumbells and machines and do random shit... making sure to really overload the biceps.

I keep seeing Trey in Huff's videos and thinking that's nice he is still working out with the team instead of prepping on his own for the draft. Then I remember he is back next year and it blows my own mind everytime. Sometimes it pays to be one of the duller tools in the shed.

Just for reference, Ale is an 18/19 year old in his freshman year of college.

Jared Hilbers, who is a 21/22 year old senior in college (RS Junior for football purposes) did front squats the other day at 375 and he’s a strong mother fucker.

Ale is a freak of nature who’s calves are the size of my thighs and is only going to develop more physically.
