Only thing barbells are being used for in that is plateless curls. I keep seeing Trey in Huff's videos and thinking that's nice he is still working out with the team instead of prepping on his own for the draft. Then I remember he is back next year and it blows my own mind everytime. Sometimes it pays to be one of the duller tools in the shed.
