Only thing barbells are being used for in that is plateless curls. They look like someone who entered the gym for the 7th time in their life and just pick up random dumbells and machines and do random shit... making sure to really overload the biceps.
I don't get the curls with straight barbells and now weights either.
Curls in general are almost pointless. So many better compound movements overload your biceps better anyways.

Cuz apparently your team had low expectations and poor commitment. My senior year best was 330 and don’t think I ever weighed more than 215. And believe me, I was nothing special. I just put in a little work.

And I was 6'0 205.

This. My football program in HS taught us shit for form squats and I could rep over 400 that way easily. Had my squat form fixed later in my 20's and all of a sudden I had to drop a ton of weight off and slowly work back up.
