Democrats actually think that if the Senate passes this that the Republicans will be voted out because of it. This isn't oil. You can't just pump more and drive down prices. We are an old, fat, and sick population. People will need to get healthier for premiums to go down.

This bill doesn't help save the exchanges. All they need to do is allow insurance companies to sell inside the entire state and get rid of the county boundaries that currently exist. So broke farming counties that vote Republican can have more than one insurance company.
