You pussy millennials ski on shaped 165's and cant make turns. Try wet pow on 210's.
Downvoted for redundancy. There is no dry pow at Stevens.
Disagree. Last two years.
If it's not dry, it's not powder. There is no powder at Stevens in the entire Cascade Mountchin Range.
It's heavier than Utah but there is Powder to be had in the Cascades. And the ski technology has improved so much in 20 years it's not that hard to ski.

To be fair, it was heavier this year, but still very fluffy. I had a couple night skiing ventures where I was on fresh, dry nose-candy each run down the hill ... It stayed in the 20-degrees-range for about a month to six weeks this year .
The best, was the the year before, at the very end of the season where i caught a true deep powder day. Knee deep, floating down the hill, cumming in draws at every turn. Growing up spring skiing, I honestly thought deep-pow!-days were a myth in the PNW until this day.

That's not true at all.
At one point we temporarily reverted back to awesome from chincredible, no? Only to settle back with chinning once it was pointed out the user awesome history data was reset to 0. Or I'm losing my mind and this never happened idk. Moving on.

It's heavier than Utah, MT, CO, ID, AK but there is Powder to be had in the Cascades. And the ski technology has improved so much in 20 years it's not that hard to ski.
Cold and deep is fun in the Cascades, just doesn't fit referring to conditions ever being powder. It's a boring and obnoxious point to drive.

Subjective argument obviously. My criteria whether or not face shots are possible. 90% of my ski days in life occurred in Utah so that's one end of the spectrum, but I have had untracked snow hit me in the face at Baker, Crystal and Whistler on some occasions. Never had a great day at Stevens though, but I'm told they exist from inside sources, ha, ha.
