How in the hell is this not sorted out prior to committing and reviewed? Rumored to have happened with the asu pass rusher too.animate said:
I think so. Kinda like "UW is waffling over my transcript ... I like UW but I ain't taking another basketweaving course to go there because I already have a bunch of them..."NEsnake12 said:Are we sure it’s NIL and not UW upper campus admissions bullshit?

I’d start with figuring out who ramming hired/referred while she was at UW and go from thereAtomicDawg said:

I kind of disagree. Adams looked quick, strong and aggressive when he got the ball. He had one bad drop but that shit happens and we tend to overvalue one fuckup from a guy who gets very few reps. I honestly think he has the skills to be RB1 on this team.Penace said:Seems like Adams production will come almost exclusively in the rec game. His skill set might be pretty similar to frosh Rogers. I figured Johnson would be a 1b type back. Expect very little from ngata.

UW fired coach John Cherberg in the 1950s, and he told all to Sports Illustrated in an expose on UW corruption.RaceBannon said:

Seems like Bulldooging. A RB with his skillset doesn't want to play in Deboer's offense instead of sticking around in Starkville with a new coach?bananasnblondes said:
Someone on the MSU bored said the only reason he's looking at UW is NIL $.WoolleyDoog said:Seeing some speculation that (ironically) UW's NIL might be getting used as leverage to get more out of other schools. Wouldn't be surprised if he is thinking about staying in the south but also trying to get the most out of UW that he can. Someone needs to send him video of the holes Taualapapa ran through last year and of Pac-12 defenses.
I'll take that notion with a giant grain of salt“It’s more to do with family stuff. We’ll just try to figure that out and go from there. It’s up to Washington, really. It’s all in Washington’s hands. I’m just looking to see what they are trying to do. I’m not rushing them because I really do like Washington. We’re just trying to get some kinks out right now.”
Not sure what that means but maybe the family wants flights from TX to WA to see the games? Or maybe they need a house?
You know I kind of like new world. I like it a hell of a lot better than the expanded playoffs and the contracted Pac Whatever
I have often said that universities will kill football before they make the players employees. This is a decent work around and UW seems to be a willing participant
People forget that UW had a long tradition of paying players when it wasn't legal. And they'd get caught
Now it's house money -

n fairness, though, Haener seemed to put up a crooked number of picks in every practice based on reports. -
Makes you wonder if coaching and scheme can matter.chuck said:

Haener was too much of a gunslinger for Petersen. Haener was a better fit for DeBoer, so he made the right choice instead of trying to play after EasonAtomicDawg said:

He also wasn’t good nor would he have been while he was here. He was a turnover machine. That offensive staff wasn’t bringing it out of anyone. He went to qb reform school and became a good qb.whatshouldicareabout said:

This is why I think that Dylan Morris could have a resurgence if we ever need him to play meaningful snaps. Not saying he's ever going to be an All Pac 12 player or anything but he could be way better than he looked in 2021. I was optimistic about him after the 2020 season where he had those two come-from-behind wins.AtomicDawg said:

Morris looked just as scatter brained and erratic in his game reps last year as he did under Donovan. He couldn't find the pocket let alone climb it or stay in it with good movement. He still can't see what's going on in front of him, and still throws some fugly ass balls.louism2wash said:

But yeah I suppose the light could turn on. -
Agreed. I guess my reason for optimism is less about Morris and more about Deboer. Morris isn't a pocket passer and I don't think Deboer would try to make him one the way Donovan did.chuck said:

Sounds like Dillon is headed to UW afterall. Big get IMO.

Is dill any good? Leach didn't seem to mind dumping him.
-
Leach made a sour grapes comment. That's my read. Johnson was too big a part of their offense for me to think Leach really believed what he said.sinceredawg said:Is dill any good? Leach didn't seem to mind dumping him.

Who has leach said stuff about, numerous qb’s, entire offensive lines, his entire wide receiver core at msu, and his entire team I believe with the fat gf’s reference.chuck said:

He fits our offense and should provide depth at worst and start at best.sinceredawg said:Is dill any good? Leach didn't seem to mind dumping him.
He should be the best RB we've had since Salvon -

Anyone got a link for Dill film?

I did look for some MSU highlights or film months ago and there wasn't much to find. You'd have to watch their actual games.sinceredawg said:Anyone got a link for Dill film?

If you find his twitter he has some highlights. There are also some on youtube from his 2021 season, I believe.
He's not a heisman back but he's big and sudden. -
I did watch Hail State a time or two. Comments were that Leach was running the ball more. They had two backs. Quite honestly I couldn't tell you much more
I saw them win the Egg Bowl and lose to Bama. That's when I usually see them play
