Fudgie might have meant WSU campus. You geniuses ever think of that?backthepack said:https://www.espn.com/college-football/player/_/id/4689338/dillon-johnson
was on campus today. -
The Pirate Killer. This guy is a good player, would be the best back on the roster immediately.

Edit: kid has some good offers (Auburn, Clemson) and some others (Syracuse, UW) -
A UW offer is above an Auburn offer right nowSources said:

Program wise, yes. But we reach on pure talent more than AuburnPostGameOrangeSlices said:

He's supposed to be a good pass-catching back. Auburn is kind of a shit show (who is the coach? what is the plan?). Clemson has jumped the shark.
UW has a legit heisman contender at qb and this guy would put all kinds of stuff on tape in myKalen's offense. -
Auburn has a coach that scores a ton of points and provides hookers and blow, but yeah, why would any kid want to go there?Kingdome_Urinals said:He's supposed to be a good pass-catching back. Auburn is kind of a shit show (who is the coach? what is the plan?). Clemson has jumped the shark.

Is this kid good or would this be adding a guy who is almost as good as Cam Davis?
-
Looks like a rebuild. UW can legitimately offer a shot at cfp. And those soft pac defenses yield many yard’s to a young and vigorous man…AtomicDawg said:

Cam sucks I’m afraid. He’s broken about 1.5 tackles in my lifetime.
His has a well documented lack of vision problem too -
Vision is his biggest problem. The running backs were @GrandpaSankey good vs Arizona. It was comical. Just show that film to the potential transfers. Over a hundred yards left on the field.SonnyShackelford said:Cam sucks I’m afraid. He’s broken about 1.5 tackles in my lifetime.

But he doesnt break tackles.
Frustrating player -
I thought this was an ELITE RB thread. A whole lot of taint licking, instead.

Yep Davis doesn't usually look like he knows where the fuck he's going. That issue, plus the tendency to throw himself forward, with no balance, everytime he tries to beat a tackler, makes it hard to advance to a good rating.AtomicDawg said:

He is fast and can break tackles. He just doesn't do it enough. His style is pretty suited to short yardage though.
The MSU guy put up good numbers, is good sized, and is accomplished catching the ball. He be a good pickup. -
If my choice is Johnson or no one then I can talk myself into this being a pretty good thing. He's played in a Leach offense, probably means he can block and catch. I'll go out on a loooong limb here and say DJ is a better athlete than Papa. So if my choice is nothing or Johnson then Davis and Dilly are a decent upgrade over our tandem from last year.chuck said:

Is Sam Adams (the player, not the beer) any good?

The EC pipeline overall has not lived up to their hype as a whole. At all. But JTT did have that game against PSU!
