Dill Johnson MSU transfer

It'll be the same situation with Taulapapa? Johnson probably gets 180+ touches and Davis 140+. Keeping good RBs (they both are) fresh is important for later in the year.PostGameOrangeSlices said:
Then why did Johnson bother transferring in?backthepack said:
what is this take? he's getting a 140+ touches again here next year.bananasnblondes said:I could honestly see Cam Davis selling the couch. He's been solid, not great. With DeBoer bringing in a bunch of RB transfers for the 2nd year in a row, Cam might see an opportunity to be THE GUY somewhere like SJSU
Something is weird with this RB room but I definitely trust the coaches -
Wayne's vision was elite by season's end. I will actually miss him, even though he screwed up a couple games by fumbling (UCLA) or inexplicably falling down (ASU).Doogles said:

Tualapapa looked athletic as fuck against Texastheknowledge said:Everyone wished Taulapapa was more athletic. Well, here ya go.
His 42 yd Touchdown required speed and power and he held off the DB at the end by outrunning him, I was shocked.
He got 10 yards out of a couple runs against Texas that every other UW rb would have had 0. He finishes the year with 887 yds. 6.3 ypc and 11 TDs. -
I hate giving definitive predictions but I’ll give one here regarding the RB room (ILTCITRBRIWILTD)….

He also finished with 24 receptions for 225 yards and 1 TD.Kingdome_Urinals said:

So he finished with 1,112 yards on offense which was between Odunze and McMillan and 12 TDs which was second on the team behind Davis (13 TDs)
He exceeded expectations given that he didn't produce very much in his 3 years at Virginia -
No point having Nixon if you bring in Ngata.theknowledge said:Adams, Sunday, Dumas, Nixon out?
Davis, Johnson, Newton, Rogers, Ngata in?
I was optimistic about Dumas but I guess not happening. Can Adams switch to safety yet? -
From watching Ngata highlights he is nothing like Adams or Nixon. They are both way, way faster.Neighbor2972 said:

I don't see what his role is and won't until fall I suppose. -
Every season atleast one running back goes out with injury, DeBoer likes his role guys, I can see 1 or two leaving, i think overall the stable is really solid. I'm not sure we beat Oregon or Texas without Towelpopper, I very much TYFYS

Is this guy going to be a headache if he doesn't get the number of touches he thinks he should next year?

No, this isn't Oregon.46XiJCAB said:Is this guy going to be a headache if he doesn't get the number of touches he thinks he should next year?

Look at this TBS quook who's interested in UW's recruiting class that he couldn't "scroll down far enough to find"46XiJCAB said:

You don't live rent free anywhere.
At least DJ was entertaining, when he'd get upset every sentence would end with 'moron'.
"You don't know what you're talking about moron. Cristobol would never leave us moron. You don't even get Oregon moron. All the towns here are majestic moron."
You're just a repetitive Fred Flintstone retard. Like so many quooks. -
Dill reminds me a lot of the RB Fresno had their last season - play style wise. The pickle is much bigger than that kid was
-
He's definitely a better athlete than Mims too.theLSkid said:Dill reminds me a lot of the RB Fresno had their last season - play style wise. The pickle is much bigger than that kid was

I didn't see superior athleticism when I watched his highlights. He's better than Papa but a bigger version of Mims seems like a good comp.backthepack said:

Those are undeniably great testing numbers. In his highlights he looks like a bigger Jordan Mims. Asa Turner had great underwear Olympic measurables. I’d rather have 2* Evan Williams. He knows how to play safety. I’m being a little contrary, I actually think Johnson will be an upgrade. I just didn’t see his 99th percentile stats transfer to his highlights.backthepack said:theknowledge said:

In fairness, he was playing against SEC defenses. Pretty good competition.theknowledge said:

I like him. He’s better than Papa. -
Per 247 he changed his mind. Not coming to UW

definitely coming to uw nowbananasnblondes said:Per 247 he changed his mind. Not coming to UW

UW should be able to get NFL running backs. I thought he was a solid upgrade but still not a huge impact guy so it wouldn't be a big blow. The problem for me is that I think Ngata is meh or worse, and we know everyone else is meh. -
Sam Adams looked very intriguing until he had that ridiculous drop in Eugene. I don't remember him being out there as much after that.chuck said:

I really like what Richard Newton did when he was out there. He just has to stay healthy. -
Agree on Adams. I think he's the sleeper.haie said:

I'm not really a Newton fan though. He's so inconsistent and turns too many 6 yard runs into 2 yard runs by trying to make them into big plays. -
This sucks e cause our running backs suck.
