Cam sucks I’m afraid. He’s broken about 1.5 tackles in my lifetime.
His has a well documented lack of vision problem too
Vision is his biggest problem. The running backs were @GrandpaSankey good vs Arizona. It was comical. Just show that film to the potential transfers. Over a hundred yards left on the field.

Yep Davis doesn't usually look like he knows where the fuck he's going. That issue, plus the tendency to throw himself forward, with no balance, everytime he tries to beat a tackler, makes it hard to advance to a good rating.
He is fast and can break tackles. He just doesn't do it enough. His style is pretty suited to short yardage though.
The MSU guy put up good numbers, is good sized, and is accomplished catching the ball. He be a good pickup.

If my choice is Johnson or no one then I can talk myself into this being a pretty good thing. He's played in a Leach offense, probably means he can block and catch. I'll go out on a loooong limb here and say DJ is a better athlete than Papa. So if my choice is nothing or Johnson then Davis and Dilly are a decent upgrade over our tandem from last year.

My doog pants would get pretty tight if this happens. Hopefully they showed him clips of the Arizona game where we turned 50 yard touchdowns to TFL’s. A tradition like no other.
Is this guy actually good? Watched about 10 minutes total of Michigan State, most of it them going down big at Bama
His stats were solid. Something like 600 rushing yards and over 5 ypc. I don't remember exactly. He's supposed to be a good receiver as you'd expect playing for Leach. He's also decent sized...6'2" I think.
I haven't seen any highlights, so I have no opinion about how he plays other than that he looks like a good player on paper.
He’s a more athletic Taulapapa. Does the same things he does well, blocks in the pass game, catches the ball well out of the backfield but he’s a little faster. He’d be a nice addition.

The EC pipeline overall has not lived up to their hype as a whole. At all. But JTT did have that game against PSU!
pretty confident we land him
