Holy fuck. I am sipping on Buffalo Trace just as I started to listen.

Glad to see a new Podcast.
Here's a question for you boys: As of today from strictly a recruiting standpoint, would we have been better to have just ripped the band aid off w/ Jimmy Lake leaving to be the DC at Cal, as there can't be any top level DB who thinks Lake will be here after this season? -
Impossible to say how badly that would have wrecked last year's class. Given they were all out of state kids I'm going to say no, we're better with that hanging over this year's class with a kid like Gordon who you can probably get anyway, than losing Molden, McKinney and Taylor. If he had left we probably would have lost at least one and possibly two of them.godawgst said:Glad to see a new Podcast.

This year's DB class will be fine IMO. -
I've actually contemplated this, and it's not a crazy question at all. I'll take one more year, but assuming we would have gotten Gerald Alexander, it's actually close.godawgst said:Glad to see a new Podcast.

"Please don't, but make it brief." @Dennis_DeYoung knew the futility as the words left his mouth.

I had to stop listening to these at work because I couldn't get anything done while tuning in. So now I just smoke a lot of weed, turn my lights off, and lie on my bed in the dark while I listen. It's pretty weird. I'll probably come back with some interesting thoughts later, or I'll just fall asleep. LIPO!
