    I vaguely remembering you say that. The political landscape is part of my problem - like you I’m looking to be in a purple zip code, but 1) where are those places anymore? 2) with migration how long will they stay that way? Everything changes and evolves, sure, but as I get older I don’t have the patience or energy for things moving at such a breakneck pace anymore.
