Nobody gives a flying fuck about Nike outside of Portland and Seattle. Not even the LA kids.
While Nike is the most valuable apparel brand in the world, the most popular with teenagers, the most popular with athletes, and the holy grail of endorsement deals for pros - I see no reason why teenage football players would at all be impressed by that.

It wasn’t even endangered before, but they had it hunted to extinction for exclusivity. It was donated by Nike’s Phil Knight, who will sometimes ogle you in the locker room. But it’s okay, because I’ll show you the locker rooms later, and each one has an ATM that dispenses NIL money based on your performance, and there’s a new cocaine fountain that’s being installed as we speak. Why that’s 15 time NBA All-Star and Nike endorser Lebron James. You stay away from that fountain Bron!
I’m 25 and you’re telling me what the kids want. Newsflash, those “fast strategy” kids in LA, want FUCKING JORDANS.

Also, Nike deals are dogshit unless you’re a top 10 dude for the brand at the professional level, you usually get 2,500 and some gear. Look it up, most athletes sign with different companies unless they’re stars.

Who the fuck are you, why are you so dumb, and why are you a 25 year old that works at a Nike store? Those aren’t actual questions, don’t answer. Stop demeaning yourself with each additional poast and go learn how to weld, or to interpret epistemological philosophy for the modern worker-consumer. There’s a hot debate on which path is more beneficial for the individual, and even that is more useful than whatever it is you are.

I wonder if Nike will be able to get their hands on some Jordan’s.
I’m gonna let you in on a secret..
Since Jordan does football gear and MJ himself controls the company now (not Nike, Google it)
They don’t send out Jordan’s to all of the Nike schools anymore! Mind blowing how things have changed in 5 years, Phil Knight let a black man make an equal share of money! Times are changing!

Oregon gets J’s due to the Knight/Nike overall connection, Montana wears fucking Nike but do all of their players get 11s? No.

The amount of Jordan gear distributed to Oregon players is much much less than Michigan or UNC.

P.s. I work at a Nike Store lmao

There's a reason it's called the "Jordan Brand". Just like Hurley and Converse are also Nike brands. Stop acting like you know something others don't. I was a black badge for 5 years before I moved to Texas. NGAF.

Black Badge??? Fuckkkkkkkkkk that’s almost like having the Mikey badge at Disneyland

Shit poor people say. Have fun restocking shelves.
I told you I’m a pour! Please Mr. Knight, if this is you, my 16.50 an hour won’t pay for my 2014 civic, the 2k a week from the government isn’t coming and I don’t know what to do!!

If NIL and the portal existed when Petersen first started we probably would've seen just as many guys pack their bags rather than endure the culture shock of going from Sark to Pete.

I'm fine with clearing out the dead wood and cowards for right now, but we need to see a couple recruiting wins in February. If this is the price we pay to get rid of the Jimmy stench and losers who let Montana push them around, so be it.

I was dead wrong and said we needed to see how the season went to judge Jimmy. Recruiting is important. Assistants can be important. The focus on then here is so FS stupid tho. How many examples do some have to see before realizing UW is a program that needs to develop the players. All programs do but I’ve been tired of the 4 star #280 player sizzle for years. Most the time there is no difference between that guy and a 3 star unknown.

Evaluate, close your targets, and develop. We aren’t Bama and the Clemson of the West shit was stupid.
Its always amazed me that the TBS fucktards never understood that the pathway for UW was and has always been development.

At UW assistants only matter if the head coach is a winner, recruiting is only important if you are developing them.

The Pac12 without a dominate USC (10+ years now?) is not that fucking difficult...

Get players you can develop, develop them better than anyone else, win games you are supposed to... If you can do that for 3+ years better players will start to show up, but you can win the Pac12 north rather easily with that formula in the meantime.

Cool can Dillingham call a good offense that you can actually win tho?

    Who fucking knows?
We have a 2 year sample size.
3 years ago he? put 48 on Bama. 3 years ago your? OC was the OL coach at a directional school. Let's keep it real.

Remember, dipshit, Memphis of the West, not FSU of the West. That's UW.
48? Auburn had 2 pick sixes in that game. Quoock on brother and that was Gus' offense and Gus was calling the plays

Unlike WSU, Auburn is actually the best rival Bama has

Look at this year. Almost another win over Saban

More wins over Bama than LSU, Georgia or Florida in the Saban era

Imagine claiming that one shoe made in some sweatshop in Vietnam by children making 3,000 dong a day is higher quality than some other shoe made in a sweatshop next door by Vietnamese children making 3,000 dong a day is higher quality.

(I mostly posted this because I think "dong" is an awesome thing to call your currency.)

Yeah, Petersen got off to a horrible start at UW.

And despite his winning percentage he wasn't trusted much more than DeBoer because the mountain west was trash and BSU had it rolling for a long time there. Plus he came to UW off of a mediocre 8 win season.

Most of the team didn't respond to him, he's barely beating Eastern and Hawaii. Stanford game was one of the most pathetic offensive performances in the history of the Pac 12, then he tried that shitty fake punt that was immediately sniffed out. He lost to all the average, barely above average teams, most of the those matchups were at home even. UCLA and ASU were particularly bad. Team completely quit after the first couple series against Oregon. Beat a shit tier cuog and then lost in an embarrassing fashion to OSU who ran us over with a lineman.

2015 was even worse and it was awful until the last 3 games where he played teams far less talented than his.

He was also getting cucked by a few big names in the state, namely Fozzy where he was bailed out by the fact that Fozzy wasn't a football player.

    This place wanted Pete fired

Nike doesn't even make shoes in the style I wear as a rule, and when they do they're paper thin junk while I've found Adidas match the quality of the more "boutique" companies like Ecco, Merrell, Salomon, Vasque etc. Adidas is the only company among old the standards...Nike, Adidas, Reebok, etc that I still buy unless I'm looking for track running or sport specific cleats or spikes. The only sport I still buy shoes for is golf and I only wear Footjoy. Nike and Adidas golf shoes are garbage as far as I'm concerned.

From my experience with simply football gear, Nike is better. Adidas jerseys tear easily (mad comfy tho), but adidas cleat are hands DOWN the worst cleats I’ve ever worn. Paper thin, when you get stepped on you’re FUCKED, Nike is more durable, but in general running/walking shoes, I find the Ultra Boost soooo much more comfortable. Personal preference of course, I haven’t gotten any gold shoes yet but I’m horrible at golf
