WTF is Kalen DeBoer doing right now?

It's smart. Jen should make every coach hit a player on camera in the first game each season so we have the leverage we want when we need it.RaceBannon said:Focused like a laser beam on the real issue

Blame Peterfag and his 401ks for #3FireHisAssNOW said:So far:
1. Brings along his staff full of mid-majorish assistant coaches
2. Multiple projected starters and No. 1 signee jumping ship
3. UW's NIL "plan" is en epic fail
4. Already talk of lowering expectations to 4 or (if we're lucky) 5 wins next season -
Kids were smoking weed in the facility during lifting and dropping fbombs in front of important alum/boosters. Thanks Jimmy.LawDawg1 said:

Exactly. There is 0.00% chance Morgan left over money. Had Michigan wanted to keep him badly enough, he's not here period end of story, and if he wanted out bad enough, and again was as excellent as his job as the narrative has been spun, he's also not here. Another program throws Oregon like money at him.FireHisAssNOW said:Hiring a non-coach staffer who excels at shooting the shit on the phone can't possibly be the be-all and end-all for recruiting some suggest
We've got a lot of eggs in the basket of a guy who was at San Jose State before his one year at Michigan (which no doubt could have come up with the $$$ to keep Morgan if he was as dynamic as he's been portrayed). -
Our NIL program sounds like we are bringing pebbles to a bazooka fight, and in the first month Kalen's biggest win is bringing Morgan over from Michigan (some would call him a meet and greeter, others would say he's a fluffer) who will be here 2-3 years tops, and getting Oregon to give us 500k to take Adams away, but in the process we are going to lose the "strength" (lol lol) of the team w/ Bynum gone, Germaine bolting, and 50/50 at best that Macmillian and Rome stay.
Obviously he deserves a chance and will get it, but so far this looks like seeing two trains 5 miles away that are on the same tracks speeding towards a head on collision.
Right now there is no one in this conference even remotely worried about UW football. We now no why the rumblings from SC about how bad it was going to turn out with Lake at the helm were true, and from a recruiting standpoint other coaching staffs are laughing at going up against the staff we have.
