Actually that's not how it went down. At all. There were many revisions and some Democrats pushed back until they got what they wanted in the bill. And since Obamacare there has been a few revisions to the bill, that we bipartisan.RaceBannon said:

Yeah the way it went down was lame. Obama thought after it was passed legislators would come together to pass fixes, which he clearly miscalculated. He did reach out to Republicans and thought that since the insurance mandate was a conservative philosophy that he could convince Republicans to jump on board too.
