It's fun watching this unfold because once USC started recruiting him seriously I never expected UW to have a chance. This kid is super drama. Can't make up his mind. It's going to come down to Singing Day and whoever he feels the best about on that day. Glad DB is not a big need for us. If we get him it's just a huge bonus. If not it's whatever.

Biggins is saying Irvin was ready to commit to USC, then heard the Lake news and UW instantly became his leader. Then Bama offered and now everything is up on the air.
Going out on a limb, I think Lake reels him in. It’s a battle UW should win. If he’s pissed SC never really gave him the attention he seeked early on, don’t see how Bama rolls in last minute and steals him. But, these are 17-18 year old kids, so things change all the time and I wouldn’t be surprised if he chooses Bama.

I think the truth is - he's always wanted to go to USC, but they have always viewed him as a backup plan.
