    Deep thoughts. If Pete isn’t influenced to choose Eason, Heaner never transfers to Fresno. If he’s not at Fresno, most likely DeBoer doesn’t push Oregon and beat UCLA. Without those games Cohen probably doesn’t have KDB on her list of coaching candidates. No DeBoer, no Penix. Further, it’s possible that Heaner is good enough to make chicken salad of Donovan’s chicken shit offense. It’s possible Jimmy is still our coach right now. Let all that sink in. Heaner at Fresno was always a good thing for Husky fans.

    Very true and very preferable... But doesn't change the fact Haener was twice the QB that Eason was and should have always been the starter

    He literally said, "Haener won the job." As if it wasn't his opinion, it was just a fact. And implied that Pete thought so too, but started Eason anyways.

    Honestly, Browning looked like he should do your taxes. Heaner looks like he's actually put in some time at the gym in his five or six years of college.

    I remember you on a couple of occasions telling the story on here of Warren Moon and how he was snubbed by the NFL and went to Canada and became a star. Your disdain was 100% focused on the NFL for snubbing him. No sarcastic references to the "CFL All-Star".

    But Haener gets unfairly snubbed by UW and goes elsewhere where there's opportunity and becomes a star... and your focus is squarely on Haener for being a worthless quitter?
