    You've defined the problem.
The problem has been defined and exposed in Europe. Islam can't coexist with the West and needs to stay in the Middle East. By and large the moslems do not assimilate, they hunker down in ghettoes like Molenbeek where they are free to hatch their dirty little terroristic plots because the nations that host these parasites are too weak willed and pc to purge them from their midst. They make no secret of their intention to conquer Europe by out-procreating the native populations and slowly instituting sharia law by taking advantage of western liberal culture that is too fucktarded to recognize the threat, and too pc to call it out. If Islam continues to push against the West and kill our citizens and invade our nations, it will awaken the monster and there will be hell to pay. The punishment will be so severe and extreme that the leaders of these medieval third world monkey nations will root out the extremists in their midst out of fear of what we will do to them if they don't. The complete and total destruction of Islam itself is the preferable outcome, but unfortunately that will never happen.
This is the same extremism you're railing against in different clothes.
You have to fight fire with fire. You can't pussy foot with these people. They only respect the sword. It's a cancer. Only that it can be contained. But if allowed to spread as Europe has done, it will eat you from inside, as it is slowly doing to them.

And yet, somehow, all those Turks have assimilated just fine in Germany.

Assimilation doesn't happen overnight, or even in ten years. It takes a while. The Irish weren't welcomed here (those filthy grubbies aren't English!), then the Germans weren't welcomed here (they don't even speak English!), then the Jews and Italians weren't welcomed here (at least the Germans are Anglo-Saxon!), then the Chinese weren't welcomed here (fucking slants, build our railroads then go home!), then the Mexicans (pick our veggies and stay in your fucking barrios!) and the Vietnamese and Cambodians (don't eat our dogs goddammit!) weren't welcomed here. Every wave of immigration starts on the bottom of the socio-economic ladder, usually set apart from the rest of the host country in their own ghettos. The first generation appreciates the host country because they know how fucking bad the situation was that they left behind. The second generation has the toughest time because they don't know how bad it was back in the Old Country and aren't really accepted as Americans, or Europeans, or whatever. The third generation is the generation that is finally seen as "native," as assimilated.

That's where the Turks in Germany are now; many were brought in after WWII to help rebuild the country as cheap labor, and they decided to stay. They weren't welcome, they had their own neighborhoods, and now they're seen as Germans. The recent wave of immigrants to Europe and, to a lesser extent the US, is no different than the Turks in Germany or any of the previous immigrant waves to America, and it's entirely unfair to cast them as such, somehow unassimilatable just because of Islam. And Europe can do better in helping them assimilate (the French especially - they've done a pisspoor job of assimilating the Algerians); that's one thing we do better over here, probably because we've got so much more experience.
You are a weak willed Islamic apologist pussy.

@BearsWiin would you agree that we have less emphasis on assimilation and more on keeping ones culture than we did back in the day of the European migration?

We also took a time out to help assimilation and we were tuff and uncaring. Learn engrish get a job or starve.

We don't need to get rid of religion we need to get rid of gubment religion. That's the issue today with Islam and the difference. It's why people go b a ck to the days of theocracy in Europe to draw a parallel of barbarism

Yeah, I remember those days, when the Irish terrorists blew up our English pubs, when the Jewish extremists opened fire on our concerts, when the Italian barbarians cut off our heads in the streets, and then there were the Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese and Cambodian suicide bombers. Those were really dark days in American history.

The arab moslems are different from those other groups of mostly peaceful immigrants and have distinguished themselves as singularly incapable of assimilation and peaceful coexistence with other cultures. We are seeing it in Europe. We have seen it in Israel. Wherever they go, suicide bombings, mass killings, terrorist events follow. We owe them no grace period and no lenience, no benefit of the doubt when the paper trail of atrocities committed by Islam extends nearly as far back in time as the latter days of the Roman Empire.

Read a history book about the violence attributed to Irish gangs on the Eastern Seaboard in the 1800's. Maybe do a little research on Jewish and Italian gangs, too.

I've seen two incidents in the US, Orlando and San Bernardino. Both were cases of people born and raised in the US who later became radicalized. I've also seen a lot of shit that white Americans do to each other, in the name of pro-life or race wars. I'm more concerned with McVeigh-type homegrown militia violence than I am with potential refugee terrorism.

It's not anyone's right to come here. As you said the 1st generation immigrants, legal ones that is, are more than happy to do what it takes to try to assimilate to our culture. It's the children and grand children that don't think they even need to assimilate.

And nowadays not in small part due to the liberal white guilters who support their stance that "it's not your Country It was the Mexican and Indians land, so we need to let anyone and everyone in!!!"

Which if course is an absolute crock of shit. As Teddy Roosevelt says that once you are here and you adhere to what it means to be an American, learn the language, follow the laws, then you are equal. The liberal cry is that "We are all Human...Legal or not." Which of course is true. But being denied entry or sent back to where you came from becuase you are here illegally doesn't make you any less of a Human.

I get it... I won the lottery, I was born here. But that doesn't mean everybody is entitled to be in this Country.

The punishment will be so severe and extreme that the leaders of these medieval third world monkey nations will root out the extremists in their midst out of fear of what we will do to them if they don't. The complete and total destruction of Islam itself is the preferable outcome, but unfortunately that will never happen.

Thankfully America doesn't border the barbarian lands in the Middle East and hasn't been subjected to the Islamic invasion that Europe is currently dealing with. The terrorist events that have occurred there so far are just the tip of the iceberg. Merkel is the poster child for radical liberal idiocy and has doomed the continent to an eventual civil war that we will likely have to clean up with the help of the Russians. Are you willing to live with the occasional terrorist event that kills 50-100 people every few months like they are?

Even more sinister is the slow, creeping spread of sharia law there. It is a criminal offense in Finland to slander or criticize Islam by not distinguishing between Islam and "radical Islam" even though they are one and the same. It is a criminal offense in many European countries to criticize the "migrant" invaders or the government's "migrant" policy. In Germany they raid peoples' homes if they dare to post opinions critical of the government's policies on social media.

I don't think it's that simple. Irish and Italian immigrants were generally less well-off, so they stayed in the cities in poor conditions, stuck to themselves, and retained their Old World ways. There's still a Little Italy in New York, from what Spike Lee movies tell me. I hear some cities have Chinatowns and such, too. The German and Scandinavian immigrants were more likely to be better off, and thus more likely to leapfrog the entry-point cities and get to the hinterland of Minnesota and Wisconsin, etc. But even there they retained much of their customs and language for many decades after coming here. My grandmother was born in Michigan, but to her dying day in 2000 she spoke fluent Finnish, taught to her by her immigrant parents. There may actually be more of an outcry now about learning Engrish and assimilating, since the more recent waves have been from non-European areas and are seen as more threatening to the "American way of life," which most still associate with European history and culture.

Or, the more likely scenario is that the vast majority of the Islamic immigrants live their lives in peace and assimilate, like the Turks in Germany did sixty years ago. To be sure, Europe has to do a better job of letting these immigrants feel they have are welcome and have a stake in the system. People who feel they have a stake in the system tend not to want to undermine it, and recent immigrants can be the staunchest supporters because they know firsthand what it's like elsewhere. It's still fair to ask "Yeah, well, why do we have to do that?" Because it's the civilized and humane thing to do to help people who need help. And because it makes good economic sense; Europe needs a labor force for its aging population. The US has a larger young labor force than Europe in part because of its immigrant population. So it makes good economic sense, in addition to being the Right Thing To Do.

I do remember when the PIRA was blowing up British troops in Northern Ireland. I worked with a woman 20 years ago in DC who, as a young woman, helped Irgun smuggle Jews and arms into Palestine so they could blow up the King David Hotel. I also remember when the Red Brigade was blowing things up and assassinating people in Italy. And the Basque separatists, and the PLO (ethnic group pissed at being kicked off their land), and Baader-Meinhof, etc. You make it sound like it's a new and unique phenomenon for Europe to have to deal with terrorism. It isn't. And every example I've just given you has nothing to do with Islam, other than a peripheral association with the PLO. There is absolutely nothing special about Islamic terrorism. It's very ordinary.
