Blames rise is "Welfare costs" rather than revenue, as the reason for her failure to balance the budget for the second year in a row.

    Thank the gods that Sarkisian left on his own accord rather than UW having to fire him (paying him to go away would've cost millions).

    Nothing will bring back the casual / band-wagon fans like winning. I'm sure a few thousand swapped their Husky tickets for Hoook tickets the last few years.
