1. Create search committee and identify national targets
2. Reveal budget projections...lose all credible external candidates
3. Hire mediocre internal candidate
4. Release budget projects EXCLUDING debt service
5. Release all-in budget projections before meeting the Trustees

The incompetence is deafening, and the train crash will be extraordinary to watch. Why Petersen is here is becoming increasingly difficult to understand. Frankly, he is the AD's version on a Hail Mary.

Christ, I decided not to pay for Husky tickets last year and went to every game (and yes, Sven, I still paid too much). I took the money I saved and bought about 4 or 5 Hawk games above face value via a few different ticket brokers and felt like I got a better deal.

In order to win those fans back, the Huskies are going to have to outperform that market.
