Hey, it doesn't tell people they are racists. It just starts from the premise that if you're white you are racist, and if you don't accept the fact that you're a racist, and you respond negatively to someone calling you a racist, well that's just further evidence of your "white fragility" and proof that you really are a racist.

The entire presentation is in support of this point. And they are the ones who get to define what is and what isn't a "racist" policy. Hold all kids to the same standards in your classroom regardless of their race? Well according to the racial arsonists that's racist. Black kids get suspended from class more often than white kids, black kids have lower grades and test scores? That's on account of racism and if you don't acknowledge this "fact" that's because you're racist. -

What happens when a white teachers rejects the idea that they are racist and denies that they are upholding any racist policies or ideas and says that they treat all of their students the same regardless of race? What happens if the white teacher gets anger about being called a racist?
I'll spare you the suspense. They will immediately be called a racist and their reaction will be attributed to their "white fragility." And the more vigorously they deny that they are racist will then be used as the "proof" that they really are a racist.
