I came close 3-4 tims. I did change shirts at halftime though which was an obvious key to our? victory. I’m still to hear from Jimmy Lake about my game ball.Quietcowskee said:I’ll admit it. I though about it. But my Covid ball emotional detachment allowed me to power through. I threw not one beer can, nor dropped a single F bomb. Ended up be a really fun game to watch at the end.

I turned it off before Utah’s final score before half after a cuss-laced tirade a 14 year old would be proud of. Statistically that game was over, they looked like absolute dog shit.
Buddy who’s always positive texted me in the fourth quarter but I thought he was lying to get under my skin.
Kept the TV off and watched Great British Bake-off with my gf until he told me about McDuffie’s INT. Like a real fucking fan. -
My wife wouldn't let me turn it off...she is a yuge Dawg fan...she also knows my M.O., which is to completely give up at the first sign of trouble. I was reading / surfing the net from early 1st qtr until it got to 21-17. I'm told it's better than screaming and throwing shit, which she does...during the Ty years, we moved into a new neighborhood, our neighbors came and knocked on the door to check on us during a game...she can drop an F-bomb like no other, and did last night...

Turned it off and halftime. Midway through the 3rd quarter my wife went to take a shower and dream of a life with someone who doesn’t care about meaningless games played by teenagers. Turned the game back on because I hate myself. She finally turned up about 10 seconds after McDuffie sealed the win.
My romantic overtures later failed because “you can’t expect to act like a fucking asshole all night and then pretend it’s ok”.
Also apparently I’ve had an account here for like 7 years. Don’t even remember the origin of my username but I assume it had something to do with the second time I was kicked off Dawgman. Possibly for proposing mild genocide. -

Someone who heeded the warning to leave a longtime ago apparently. The podcast told me to come back.
I was never super involved at Dawgman but got many timeouts despite my meager post count. I was labeled a negadawg in the Willingham era and accused of being a minion when I questioned Pool Boy’s qualifications. -
I switched couches at halftim, made a huge difference. My Doog heart was almost broken. Earlier in the day I was strutting around Costco talking shit to Coug and Duck fans.

My mom - a husky alum whose college roomate survived a date with Ted Bundy - started watching at half, we used to tell her she was a bad luck charm during the Gilby Ty era because whenever she walked in the room UW got scored on, probably not her fault we recruited 7 wide receivers one season but we will never know for sure, nice redemption arc!
She’s been watching the Seahawks too much the last few years because she was the only person in the room confident they were going to score on the last drive, turns out she was RIGHT!
Also I watched the whole game but if we had given up one more score to go down 28-0 I was out. -
I was pissed and tempted to shut it off. Decided to just get really shitfaced instead. Seems to have been the right decision.

Hungover as fuck today but I was told I could stay in bed because I wasn’t that one that made the bad decision of drinking too much.

Decided to mix it up at halftime and started drinking tequila. A shit load of tequila. End of game was a bit hazy, but at least consumed 2000 calories in eating the remaining Thanksgiving leftovers
