    Pete ain't changing much. he's still "okg lite" with a heavy dose of NFL development and "lookee here! we got black and poly coaches too!"

    it's still working until it's not.

    And what is the Smalls fiasco?

    If you believe what is seemingly out there it's a kid that bought hook, line, and sinker some massive untruths.

    I tend to believe that there's even more behind the scenes than that tied into our team/players and everything else is a front for that ... he's clearly not going to compromise culture.

    You've got a lot of strong opinions about a situation in which we still don't know what happened.

    You've got a lot of strong opinions about a situation in which we still don't know what happened.

    No

    What I’m saying is that changing a strategy based on buying into non-truths is dangerous. We don’t know exactly what happened so anything is really educated speculation at this point.

    The angle many are trying to play here is a slippery slope at best.
