Haha that was fucking awesome I am really glad they were the first #1 seed to lose and it made it even better that it was Kentucky.

KIROFS just broke away from the Iowa State game with 10 seconds left to tell us that search and rescue might have a difficult time because the mud from the mud slide is making it difficult to walk. Are you fucking kidding me.

I started watching online specifically to avoid that. Sounds like I made a good call

Baylor is playing out of their minds tonight ...

Clearly I underestimated Baylor's ability to play intelligent basketball and utilize their size and athleticism. Those are very un-Baylor like qualities.

Baylor will give Wisconsin a ton of problems as well.

Because matchups don't matter - right?

Baylor shot 64% from the field and 11 of 18 from 3. Pretty sure that they played about as well as they could today.

Are they better than Creighton? Maybe so. But they definitely aren't 30 points better. That's one team playing at its highest level and the other playing poorly.

Creighton barely beat ULL a few days ago, they aren't that good. And what does Baylor's shooting have to do with "mcbuckets'" shitty play today?

No matter how hard Doogs try to change they can't change their stripes.

Instead of admitting you are wrong you go with the usual line of "well you can't expect team X to overachieve in that game".

Full credit to Baylor. They played an absolute great game today and did a really good job of taking McBuckets away by having 2 guys playing him anytime he caught the ball, forcing Creighton's other players to take on roles that they aren't used to, and absolutely destroying them on the offensive end.

I have a slight bias against Baylor ... not afraid to admit that. I knew that they'd have some length that would cause Creighton some challenges ... and I definitely didn't realize that it was as good as it was.

That being said, I did expect Creighton to be far more efficient than they were as there was plenty of openings in that zone to take advantage of.

In the end, Baylor was the far better team tonight and they absolutely deserved the win. They probably win 8 out of 10 games.

    Yep ... a Horn Froog ...

Has more to do with how Baylor fucked TCU out of the original Big 12.

I love all the people whining and crying about the "draw" that Wichita State has to get to the Final Four.

People talk about Kentucky ... a Kentucky team that has lost 10 games playing in a dreckfest of a conference in the SEC that has 2.5 teams in the NCAA Tournament. The same Kentucky team that is being said to be "hitting their stride" yet has lost 4 of their last 7? Apparently moral losses against a Florida team that everybody says is great that I'm still not 100% sold on them being anything more than a talented but somewhat hot/cold offensive team that is viewed as being a great defensive team because of the competition that they've played in the SEC. Kansas St is at least as talented as Kentucky (from what they've shown - although certainly Kentucky probably has a higher ceiling if they both play their best) yet everybody thinks it's a given that Kentucky will just waltz on through that game?

Then everybody talks about how great Louisville is but that conference they play in is full of teams that are either decent with limited offensive ability or just downright terrible. It's definitely not the same team that they were last year when they won a national title ... even though everybody would make you want to think that they are.

Michigan is probably the weakest 2 seed along with Villanova. And Duke's shown time after time this year that they are great as long as you don't hit them in the mouth but they definitely aren't physical.

Not saying that Wichita State's path is easy ... but people making it out to be the hardest path in the world might as well just say that they don't think that their record is for real and that their team is talented. Something tells me that since Gregg Marshall is a good coach (hello Kim Jong Vino) that he'll make sure that he has his team properly motivated and fully aware that most people don't think that they are worth a damn.

Louisville is better than a 4 seed, shitty conference or not. The only thing I agree with you about is Kentucky isnt that good.

I'm picking arizona to be the only 1 seed to make the final four basically because of path. Wisconsin is a perennial choker in the tourny. Creighton outside of 1 or 2 games hasn't really impressed me, I think Okie State will be their toughest game in their region.
If Embid gets healthy I think Kansas can beat Florida, if not that pick is screwed.
I picked Michigan State over Virginia, thought hard about picking ISU over them in the elite eight.
And then I like Duke over Wichita, basically because I don't want to risk putting wichita in the final four because I'm not sold they beat LU.
When Embid is healthy I think Kansas is the best team, mainly because of that stretch in midseason when they knocked off like 5 ranked teams, and I trust Self

When did Arizona fire Sean Miller?
I think I got all the low tweaks I needed.

Bunch of fucking experts on here.

For the record my bracket has my Kentucky Wildcats winning it all.

I was never a believer in Miller either. Glad I wasn't part of all the screenshots that you need.

This thread wasn't kind to Tequila either he had some screenshots that he'd love to be erased.

4 straight Elite 8 losses for Arizona. Sean Miller went to the Jim Harbaugh school of getting close but not closing the deal.

Harbaugh has made three Final Fours in a row.
