I thought about getting some kind of smoking tent or something, but for now I just huddle in the garage around my disk heater like a vagabond mouth cancer loving gypsy.YellowSnow said:
I sexted @Swaye pics of me damn near getting Frostbite yesterday. 28 degrees trying to get through a nice Carillo smoke.TurdBomber said:
Propane heater in garage w/door open about 1 foot should work just fine.YellowSnow said:
28 is pretty fucking cold to smoke a cigar. I got up to 47 yesterday and I lit up a Pledge Prequel. It was nice and oily and didn’t suck at all.dannarc said:Imagine it being too cold to smoke a cigar

I just can't do the garage. Just can't. Need to experiment more with my portable, propane firepit which technically speaking I can put on the porch. -
So you don’t have an actual wigwam?Swaye said:

The weather man is predicting decent throat cancer weather next week
-
Was nice yesterday in Virginia. Hit 45 so I got the car out of winter storage and to celebrate had a nice Padron last afternoon without shivering while smoking it. Even had a glass of Weller. It was a good winter day. Supposed to be 23 for the high on Christmas Eve. Back to freezing gypsy getting my fix.dannarc said:The weather man is predicting decent throat cancer weather next week

Right now it is 62 degrees - the next couple hours will get a little chilly - low tonight 17 (at first the experts were saying 10)
good thing I smoke cheap ass cigars that burn fast, just have to get out of the wind. still 17 is better than -4, @CFetters_Nacho_Lover time to do some Cool Sculpting

I've been cheating by smoking in the kitchen, under the hood vent, after the fam has gone to bed.YellowSnow said:

Nobody's complained so far. -
I learned that under-the-hood trick from my Dad, btw. (RIP). He used to suck down Tereyton 100s in about 3 drags when I was little, because mom hated him smoking in the house. He later switched to Merits, which I think are about 99% tar and 1% tobacco, and smoked them even faster.
Still don't know where his heart disease came from. Bad diet, I guess. -

Check me out @dannarc . I just hunted down a 3 month supply of smokes and I still have room for 10 more in my shitty little acrylic humidor jar. You fags and your fancy humidors! I'm a loser and I still smoke only the good shit.
-
@YellowSnow it's ok, I have a Brick House cigar box as my humidor and a nice wooden one a buddy gave me that I should be using. I let the last couple good days of throat cancer weather pass me by, I guess I'll wait until the local steelhead crick drops some and I'll go out and blow some smoke downstream towards all the losers not catching anything
-
I'm super excited to try these Padron No 35 (named for the average smoke time of 35 mins) in Maduro. I'm only have the Naturals to date and they are excellent. It's a great cigar for colder weather when frost bite sets in around 30 mins and only $13 a pop which give a pour like me a chance to enjoy the Padron lifestyle.dannarc said:@YellowSnow it's ok, I have a Brick House cigar box as my humidor and a nice wooden one a buddy gave me that I should be using. All I think of when reading this thread:

During the overland campaign of 1864 it’s estimated that he was smoking 20 cigars a day. That’s how many I have in like 4 or 5 months.CFetters_Nacho_Lover said:All I think of when reading this thread:

I get packages. Since Puerto Ricans are not in the habit of sending packages that go BOOM, I felt comfortable opening the box sent by @Doogles. Without further ado, let's find out what's in the box.
@Doogles went above and beyond and did me a solid and it was all unexpected. Very thoughtful to send me such a baller travel humidor for my brithday... and one that matches my Ducati Panigale.
Thanks again, dude. I'll have to figure out how to return the favor. -

Not a particularly great shot, but I was able to sneak in a subtle Rolex flex for @YellowSnow and that's what really matters.
First time trying this cigar, lasted the entire game, pretty awesome smoke and even a lightweight like me didn't get green in the grills.
The hard part was pretending to root for the Niners, I joined an old diehard type but forgot to tell him I bet heavy on the Eagles. Seeing the QB massacre unfold made the experience sweeter. -
I admire you right now.Doogles said:

It was minus 10 with the windchill in White Wakanda yesterday. Throat cancer was avoided.

Or was that just more Injun sorcery? -
Weather man calling for a 50% chance of throat cancer weather starting tomorrow and lasting until Saturday. I'm tanned, rested, and ready with a Romeo and Juliet my MIL gave me
