I can already see the "thank you for dying" ads the GOP is about to roll out in '22.

They walked into the deliberation room and everyone looked at each other and were like are we going to ruin our lives for some pig? Nope.... GUILTY. They didn’t even review the evidence. Lol.

    Not sure you know that.
You mean, our Little Jimmy Cornel made history today?

    Proud of you Jimmy Cornel.

Not surprised. This decision didn't really matter, other than the rioting, because it's going to be appealed so LIPO. The guy wasn't going to get a fair trial. There is no way anyone can convince me he intended to kill Floyd.

The evidence is overwhelming that black people don’t get fair trials in America. But fair trials aren’t a problem until a cop puts his knee on someone’s neck for 9 minutes.
Is it possible that some people are consistent advocates of fair trials, regardless of circumstance?
Of course. I had a conservative friend express to me that he thought it was clear Chauvin was guilty but he was concerned about the fairness of the trial. Friend, not former friend.

But a lot of people on the right reject any notion that black people don’t get fair trials. If someone doesn’t think it’s possible that black people aren’t getting fair trials but they bitch about the fairness of this trial, there might be a reason for that. A crystal clear, confederate flag in the capitol, reason.
Who are the people that reject the notion that black people don't get fair trials? Name, names Kunt. People of all races don't receive fair trials. Poor people often don't receive fair trials. Fuck off with you lying bullshit.
Probably the bigger issue I would guess.
Ya think? But there's no racial angle to play when you say that so racist fucks like Kobe claim it's about black people.

The enlightened centrist thunders in to let everyone know he hasn’t read a single word of the evidence on race and fair trials.

Oh golly gee a billionaire got off and a poor black guy was convicted for smoking weed, unfair trails! Yeah, you’re the first fucking people to come up with the idea that income matters in justice and none of the studies ever account for that. Definitely never ever account for that.

Go back to your dead board, bitch.

You know Nancy may have a point, it's not as if George Floyd was doing anything productive with his life anyway.

Regardless of what anyone thinks of the evidence, that was an awfully short deliberation for a trial of this length and magnitude.

Intention to kill is not required for 2nd degree murder.
I have a bit of a problem with this take being black and white under one circumstance. If Chauvin putting his knee on Floyd's neck to detain him was a tactic that he was trained to use by the police force how can you pin that on Chauvin and say that he caused the death? From what I've read the knee on the neck was seen as a non-lethal way to detain someone. If that's the case, it seems like "the system" failed Chauvin as much as it failed Floyd if that's the perspective someone wants to take from this whole thing.

So instead of everyone getting fair trials the cop should get an unfair trial because black people get unfair trials? How about you focus on black people getting fair trials rather than retribution?
It’s not an unfair trial because you disagree with the verdict.

There’s no retribution. There’s a 9 minute video of Chauvin killing George Floyd.
You said it's fine if the cop gets an unfair trial because black people get unfair trials. Backwards logic, pal.

Please expound upon your eloquent argument. I thought liberals like yourself didn't use the word retard. It's like I'm talking with a 14 year old.

I guess we'll never know who it is that rejects the notion that black people sometimes don't receive a fair trial. It's a mystery.

Kobe's claim is just his standard strawman ass fuck. There's nobody who believes that some blacks haven't received a fair trial. And that's why he won't give us a name. People of all races haven't received fair trials in this country. It's not a perfect system. But having money clearly helps your chances of getting more equal justice.
