How are the courts going to invalidate a ballot that was sent out to registered voter, and that was filled out and returned? This election was lost as soon as they decided to go with mail in ballots for everyone.

How are the courts going to invalidate a ballot that was sent out to registered voter, and that was filled out and returned? This election was lost as soon as they decided to go with mail in ballots for everyone.

Contrary to what NBC thinks this is going to court and there is going to be a legal team that has more evidence in their briefcases than even the truckloads of ballots dropped off at 4am in Wisconsin...right when Biden got a 138k jump.

All well and good, it was just an analogy to describes the bags full of evidence Trump’s legal team has uncovered. It's going to be a significant amount and this will go to court.

This is where I'm at. I want to Trump to fight, but the fight was before the votes were counted, not after. We should have been going tooth and nail to get in to see the counts BEFORE all this shit got out of hand. Fighting after the fact is a one in a million shot, especially with unsympathetic courts in the areas most affected. There just isn't mechanism I know of to go back and tabulate every vote by hand and invalidate illegitimate ones. They will just recount, which solves nothing. Same dead peoples ballots, same result. It's over, barring some miracle I am unaware of.
