Great guy? Quite the opposite it seems. Does it justify the excessive force used to detain him?
Have you watched the videos of him fighting with the police? He was even tased but a witness said he “didn’t flinch.” He knew he had felony warrants out for him and he wasn’t going to cooperate.
Kenosha County prosecutors charged Blake on July 6 with third-degree sexual assault, trespassing and disorderly conduct in connection with domestic abuse. An arrest warrant was issued for Blake the following day.

Honestly, no I hadn't watched videos on his arrest, so I've held off on commenting on it. I said from the start that I'm sure there was way more to the story than just cops firing 7 shots at a guy with no justification.
I have, however, sat on the couched and looked over to my wife to tell her that I think the Floyd killing might be a tough case to prosecute based on the transcripts released, drugs as a mitigating factor, new things that weren't seen in the initial videos. If cops go free there? Oh boy....

Was it excessive? According to one of the eyewitnesses the cops were yelling at him to drop the knife. He'd already been tazed and was fighting with the police. So what are the cops options as he reaches into his vehicle refusing to follow their commands?

The irony is that white cops are now reluctant to have to deal with angry black dudes who are resisting arrest. Clearly a job for a female social worker. The resume

Call a social worker.
So you were just running your mouth. Got it.
Always a tough crowd with you. Sorry, I'll be more clear. If all of those things end up being true and there was good cause to think he was going into his car for potentially a firearm, then sure, further force than a tazer may have been justified.
