Anti-American muslim women and transgender athletes and Gaia worshiping hippies don't interfere in my life at all. But if I wanted an abortion in Alabama or Georgia at this very point in history, my style has now been severely cramped. Abortion is about as in personam as it gets. While you're worried about people not loving America sufficiently, I'm worried about the Bible belt denying people the right to manage themselves as they see fit. Trump has ZERO excuses to fall back on. None. He's president, the buck stops with him. He has presidential powers at his disposal and he can shut immigration down tomorrow if he wanted to. He could use the military to build the wall, he could send troops to the border, he could threaten Mexico with economic penalties and even war if they don't stop the never ending caravans.
He hasn't done any of these things. -
