Obama had what was it, 5 years where he ran an annual trillion dollar budget deficit? To credit him with cutting spending in anyway takes cock sucking to entire new level.
Obama's deficit would have been even larger if Congress had passed the budgets he was requesting. His spending was so reckless his own party rejected his budgets when they held the Senate because it spent too much.
