I wish we ran the spread offense. What we run definitely not spread
I take it as meaning one of two things:
- hopefully we run a spread and Garbers is being penciled in as the starter the minute he steps on campus - or, more likely, we gone because I am pretty sure neither Sirmon or Morris have ever crossed the line of scrimmage on purpose during a play

I don’t think Garbers starting next year can be eliminated. He will have a chance. I think it will ultimately be Morris or Garbers if season doesn’t return. I never was a fan of Sirmon and Morris and Garbers both seem like more of Pete’s type of QB because they are small and get the ball out fast.
