“I really liked it there a lot,” Bryant said. “I visited last year with my mom but that was just an unofficial visit and I didn’t get to see a game. This time, I got to experience the game day atmosphere and get to know the players a lot better as well.
“The things that stood out most for me were the overall atmosphere and my meetings with coach Petersen. I didn’t know the crowds could get like that, they were crazy the whole game and they packed it in.”
“He talks more about life after football then football,” Bryant said. “He has the Built For Life Program that is about making you a man on and off the field. The family atmosphere there is just different and I know a lot of that is because of coach Petersen and his staff and how they do things there.
“The culture is there is really friendly and the players were great with me. Taj Davis was my host and I already knew him and he’s a good guy who really likes it there. The coaches spent a lot of time with me and gave me a really good picture of how they want to use me in their offense.”
“The coaches told me they don’t really have a guy like me right now,” Bryant said. “I talked a lot with coach Adams and coach Hamdan and they want to use me in a similar role to how John Ross was used. I’ll play in the slot and they want to get the ball to me in space, take reverses and return punts and kicks.
“They like my ability to move me around and be an explosive playmaker for them. The coaches said they don’t just want me they really need me to be a part of the offense. Overall, the trip was great and I knew it would be. It definitely met my expectations and Washington is a school that I’m going to have high on my list the whole way through my recruitment.”
“i’ll be at Oregon (Oct. 26) for the Washington State game,” Bryant said. “I already had Arizona State set up for (Nov. 9) and USC (Nov.) 23). I’m still planning to make my commitment at the All-American Bowl January 4.
“Right now, I’m honestly open to all my schools and don’t have a leader. They all have great things about them and are all recruiting me hard. I know I can play at all of them so I’m just going to take the rest of my trips, then evaluate everyone and have a decision ready to go in January.”
Good to see Kearse doing well, was a brutal injury he endured
Also, fantastic to see him and Pettis helping with the wr recruiting, I have to imagine it'd be pretty fucking awesome to be in high school and have a couple of legitimate nfl players at the same position courting you

First I've heard of the Whoregon visit.
I find it so confounding with our LB play that we're trying to pull 4 WRs instead of three to four LBs, with Wellington and Manu coming off the books. Plus, @sonics1993 has been adamant that Sawyer is NOT moving to LB.
Either way, Bryant is a take for me. I'd rather have Banks but yeah. Dude seems genuinely interested.

We need Inside guys though and Banks speciality really is outside where we are ok. Banks on the inside isn’t the same player which is the prevailing wisdom.
I like Bryant a lot because after Trey Lowe ...who do we really have in the slot next season?
