The Forbes article I mentioned upthread said the trend overall in college football is toward more traditional uniforms, but I doubt Adidas or Nike will be doing away with alternate designs. So we’ll probably see a “throwback” ‘91 style one week, all black with chrome helmets the next. Nostalgic doogs get something, flashy recruits get something, UW AD gets more money in their coffers...Abundance.

Miami and NC State look pretty cool, and clean. Nebraskas base uniform is also done well. Adidas is getting less busy every year. Cohen is a baller. She won't make the same mistake with shitty uniforms twice. Traditional is what is en vogue around the country and what the UW fan base has been clamoring for. I'm very optimistic. It doesn't matter what supplier makes the Alabama uniforms. They will always look the same. No one fucks with that look. Our look sucks and needs to be blown up. 2000 and 2009 are the closest that Nike has come to giving us a decent uniform. 2000 was followed by the intro of lavender and tan/weasel and 2009 was followed by the fucking bra strap look. Just look at the abortion we wear today. So many triangles and weird notches and gay sleeves.
