A "yes man" QB. Very little physical ability, almost no arm strength past 35 yards, but very smart and good with timing.
A power running back.
Two really really good offensive lineman mixed in with three turds.
A defense that blatantly commits penalties on every play because they know they won't be called and tries to injure the other team's key offensive players. What's a 15 yard penalty when you take out a guy that's going to put up 175 yards or more on you?
He will be what he has always been. You guys will win games you should, you will lose to any team that is more physical than you regardless of talent gap, and you will never beat truly elite teams. He'a a 75% coach and that's not a bad place to be when you've been a floormat for 25 years.
When Kawasaki is lured away there will be a two or three year meltdown like when Sparty lost Narduzzi.
That's a good quook...
Reality is Kwatcunski and Pete are using their raises to mass produce cinderblocks for your fans and program.
Agreed, but let's not pretend there isn't a vendetta after 70 fucking points, a complete embarrassment even in college football standards, and taking every good player Oregon covets. The coaches won't say anything publicly, but they want to put Oregon down into the 2nd basement of a Eugene Rite Aid forever.
3rd year and we lost to SC after beating them the year before and then lost to Bama. Whoop de fucking doo. Ownership of this shit conference is still happening.
At least you agree with your own shitpoasts. 12-1. 1-12 if your view is from Montlake.
You're 2-1 against Petersen as a husky. Enjoy that while it lasts, because 70-21 is the kind of skull fucking that gets jack quooks to start turning their pittance of a paycheck over to the timbers and blazers. It's already happening.
That 70-21 was fucking stupid. It got Sling fired and the AD doubled the assistant salary pool. The University Prez who is gayer than Chip even said publicly to get a better D-Coordinator. Oregon went from a staff that wouldn't even call recruits to one that had 40 highly rated players on their own dime to Eugene for the spring game.
Mike and Chip could have scored 100 points in 10 of those 13 ass rapings, but they didn't because doing something stupid like that could have brought on someone like Peterman five years earlier.
Beating teams brings on slow change. Embarrassing teams brings on drastic measures.

70-21 was UW proclaiming themselves to be the new, undisputed program in the northwest. That's enough to suck the marrow out of "your" school and move on to the bigger adversaries.
Have fun talking shit to the beavs and coogs though, those should be some classic 8:30 P-12 Network battles for the foreseeable future.

But how would you define doog?
The word is expressly prohibited on UWDP and has its roots in the great Dawgman purge. Although it seems everyone defines it differently.
Derek defines it in our glossary thread as follows:
An alleged Husky fan who is obsessed with Oregon. Would like to see Oregon lose as much (or more than) seeing Washington win. The UW equivalent of a Coog.
It's also over-the-top excitement for anything that is currently happening in the program, regardless of what it is. Kick ass pressers, FREE PUB!, incremental progress, best recruiter in the nation, best assistants in the nation, molder of men, five tough questions, no rap music at practice, rap music at practice, finally a coach with discipline, finally players coach, Gilby/Ty/Sark is a breath of fresh air....
I don't entirely agree. I always thought of doogs as the angry militant pollyanna types who would attack anyone who questioned the AD, questioned the coaching, had standards that weren't being met, etc etc. Someone like Section14aFS. Someone who posted fallacious arguments like "why don't you put the headset on then big guy if coaching is so easy" or "we were 0-12 five years ago and you expect us to come within 30 points of Oregon? You aren't a true Husky fan." I didn't always think being a doog and being a homer were the same things, although their creative lines did blur at times.

MOSSTERCATZ has a poont, ya know. Beat Oregon by two touchdowns and there's a chance Helfrich is still faxing recroots. Nobody knows how good or bad Slick Willie Lyles-Taggart is going to be, but he's shown he can recroot. If he's a decent coach we? might be good again.
Also, playing in a stadium which is a nonstop audio assault of advertisements about world class UW physicians and annoying shit on the jumbotron. Bring back old Husky Stadium except the track.
Christ there was no deeper meaning to the score it was just an ass-whupping.
Disagree. Mid third Oregon goes down and scores to make it 56-21. Pete calls a reverse next series that iirc hits for 40 yards and takes us down to their 20 and we score again.
There was a point Pete made in that game and for me leads to what a coached team under him is about:
"We don't talk about it, we be about it"
His players individually don't jump off the tape, we're not the biggest, fastest, don't have the most 5 star talent, etc etc etc.
But at the end of the game, opponents walk off the field thinking "wow where did that ass kicking come from. It's never with knock out shots, his teams just beat you a little bit more and more every play until late 3rd/early 4th you look up, the game is over and you just want to get back on the bus and head back to campus

Exactly. If that game ends up 48-21 Sling is still in Eugene with Brady Hoke by his side. You know on Gaskin's long run the Ducks had three guys go to the same gap? You REALLY wanted that replaced so soon?
I don't see Oregon being world beaters this year but they will have a better QB, RB, and O-line than UW and a defense that will at least make you earn points. They have the best kicker they have had since Tommy Thompson and they got a kid that can punt now too.
Yes, Herbert is better than Cobra. One will end up in the first two rounds of the draft. One won't even make the practice squad. Hint, it's not the 6'5" kid with every throw in the book.

2018 will be special though
UW and Oregon will smash every other team in the North in 2018. Darnold in his Heisman season in the title game is going to be a bitch.

Also, playing in a stadium which is a nonstop audio assault of advertisements about world class UW physicians and annoying shit on the jumbotron. Bring back old Husky Stadium except the track.
