On Roof’s message boreds, there was a poast of Chase working out in husky gear saying he’s getting ready for Oregon’s Saturday Night Lights this past weekend:

WTF? Suddenly UW cooled on Chase too? Dollars, Criddell, Delgado, and Pittman I can buy. But then we bomb on Ngata (I still want to believe he'll be drawn back here by signing day but I believe in Dabo more) and Roof's hot take is that UW cooled a little and it's not a big deal. Add that to Ektard saying he wasn't as high on our? boreds as all us fans wanted him to be.
Now Chase, a versatile athlete that came to our camp and did well, performed well in Vancouver where Lubick immediately decided to offer. I think he's a better DB but he is a solid WR. Take him and LIPO.

That alone will change this year with Jake being healthier. Also having 3 of your starting WRs out didn't help with continuity. Wait and he will see that Fuller, McClatcher, Pounds, and Baccellia all will look impressive when they return healthy to receive the stronger throws from Browning. Hey, they may not be All-Americans but they will perform solidly and be dependable.

He said he's just going to cancel because it obviously isn't the place for him, to which she replied "Thank God... that 10 bucks a month isn't worth this headache".
First off, while my opinion was harsh on the way I see certain things in the program, at no point did I disrespect or demean any member of your user base so let's get that clear right off the bat.
Secondly, I won't apologize to you or anybody else about not viewing every single thing in the program with a 100% full glass and everything is fantastic.
I've been a long time member over at 247 and post there as well and while they have the same disease this board has (shutting down opiniated posters who aren't 100% doogin')----Kim likes to threaten the whole "putting baby in the forner/timeout" to grown adults and while it's silly it is worse here.
There is a reason you have to bribe people to post here and even with that, you still only have 5....6 consistent posters. If you try to bottle up opinions then what is the point of a discussion board? At no point was I doing anything more than having what I viewed as an engaging discussion and it's just wild you me that you squashed that. Again, if I was calling members names or being a general disrespectful ******* then sure, I'd get it but that wasn't happening at any point.
I said I wouldn't post anymore and just let my membership lapse until the 12th when it expires but I wasn't about to let you or anyone else sit there and say I was offending/disrespecting your userbase.

I disagree with throwing the whole program into the dumpster because we supposedly have a recruiting problem. I still look at TSIO message boards, though I left as a subscriber because that is a place that has zero tolerance for differing opinions. What the board moderators say goes and that is it. What's funny is everyone there really tries to suck up and outdo everyone else for the affections of the moderators and for theirs and others validation. I enjoy logical, serious, and even passionate debate -- but with respect. This opinion on recruiting has TSIO's prevailing opinion and cynicism written all over it. This opinion is just that, an opinion. Defend it passionately, if you can, as I will defend what I see as reality as well, though I am not sure being referred to as a "doog" for supporting the present, hugely successful, coaching staff is the right approach. My opinion is this staff deserves and has EARNED the right for our support and respect because they pulled this program out of the dung heap and it is on an upward trajectory. The meltdowns that occur among many of the followers of TSIO is well known and let's just say, a bit extreme as evidenced on Twitter... with this latest blow up all because of the "loss" of a talented 17 year old wanting to strike out on his own and go to South Carolina?!? One big thing we all have in common as Husky fans is we all want to cheer a National Champion -- and I suspect that this 2018 incoming class will see it come to fruition before their tenure here is complete.
By the way, don't be surprised if the staff does land Bru McCoy...I won't be because they have that way of surprising us, don't they?

The contest we ran was to really get this community more engaged -- customer engagement is extremely important to the success of any business.
We have been doing absolutely amazing in our numbers and customer sign ups, subscription numbers, stats, etc. And I wanted to take it a step further while also giving something BACK to the people who have been steadfast with us as we transitioned off of 247 and back into the independent model.
You might not think you insult and disrespect people here, but not everyone that reads this board is a poster either. We have a bunch of player's parents, coaches, recruit's parents, and others who subscribe here and read this board.
And besides, this site isn't about the message boards -- it's about content. If there's something positive to say, I say it. If not, I don't. If UW has a shot at someone, I say they have a shot. If they don't -- I don't. People have it backwards, usually they focus more on the the negative things you say and call you out for it -- but for me it's been about calling me out just for saying positive things and not enough negative things. I don't know where you've been but I've said plenty of times "That kid is never going to UW" or "He isn't looking at UW at all right now".
As for McCoy -- he called me -- he doesn't call anyone. Does that mean anything? Probably not, but the networks didn't have him as listing UW as "Warm" and yet he told me, straight up, he is more focusedon UW, USC, and Texas. Is he a liar? Well, if he takes a visit to UW I'd say they're definitely in it. I have a source who talks to Bru's dad and UW is very much in the mix here -- But you spread a lot of negativity around here and that's not what this site is about -- it's not what I'm about.
So I appreciate all the discussion here, and usually don't squash opinions. But sometimes your post just seemed aimed at throwing cold water on everything I wrote about any recruit.
