Wish I'd paid more attention to Robin Tunney at the time, but I liked Megan Ward more. Except for the day we filmed at the Tar Pits, when Robin wore that little orange dress.
Didn't think much of Carla Gugino on Son-In-Law, other than that she could act circles around Pauly Shore.
Of course, there was this other chick on that set who was just hitting her prime...
Too bad she smoked, or else I'd have been all over that

I'm sure she hates herself for smoking - probably thinks about you daily and wishes she never started
The first shot I ever did standby for was the garage scene in T2 when Linda Hamilton is pulling bullets out of Arnold's back. I'm standing by, and Linda Hamilton walks past. I'm admiring her backside, then the real Linda walks by. Had no idea she had a twin. Those two fueled my fantasies for a while.
Spent several weeks at the hospital set. Used to take lunchtime naps on the bed in Linda's cell. Thought about leaving her a loving spoonful on the pillow, decided I wanted to keep working instead.
Side note: the character of the bar owner was supposed to be played by my uncle, but he got himself fired in a dispute with Joe Nemec the production designer, so Mali had to find somebody else. My uncle would have done a better job.

Middle son wore my T2 show jacket to school yesterday as part of Spirit Week. It's a leather biker jacket that used to have a red T2 patch on it until I removed it in the late 1990's. His friends wanted to know where he'd gotten it, and he casually told them that Arnold had given it to his dad, which seemed to impress them. That's technically true, but the real story is less impressive: the producers didn't want to spring for show jackets at the end of the film because they were so overbudget, but Arnold intervened and paid for 400 jackets out of his own deep pockets, then gave them to all the long-term crew. So it's not like he handed it to me and said "Bearswiin, vielen Dank for wuerking on my film" or anything, especially since I'd quit T2 to go work on Beethoven by the time he bought the jackets, but if it helps my kid get laid, I'm all for it.
There were times on set (both movies) when it was really painful to watch him struggle with the simple task of delivering a line without fucking it up and sniggering about it. The only time I've witnessed worse acting was the golf course scene on Space Jam with MJ, Larry Bird, Wayne Knight, and Bill Murray. Poor Larry. Absolutely awful.
The reaction you get from people is sometimes pretty funny. I was in a Blockbuster Video store in Modesto sometime around 1998 looking for a copy of Raiders of the Lost Ark because my dad had never seen it, and the girl behind the counter took a look at my jacket and sneered "So, are you some big Terminator fan, or something?" and I replied, no, it's a show jacket, I worked on T2 yada yada, and her face just lit up. "OMG! Really!!?! What did you do, What was it like? Did you meet Arnold? Tell me everything!!1!" She went from barely giving me the time of day to wanting me to bend her over behind the counter, just on the basis of me wearing a fucking show jacket. So I went home and removed the patch, because unless you tell everybody who sees you in the jacket that you worked on the film, they just think you're a pathetic fan nerd who likes to wear movie memorabilia.

Get laid? I thought your kid and backthepack shared the same 5th grade class?
Worked with her on Never Been Kissed. Spent a few days doing standby with the shooting crew at the high school set and the prom set. Alba was at both. Pretty girl, to be sure, but pretty girls are a dime-a-dozen in LA, and I didn't think that she stood out. Never would have predicted at the time that she would make it as big as she did.
