His offer sheet is pretty good, equivalent to a high 3 star. Those other guys didn't have as good of offers and didn't have nearly as good coaching or strength and conditioning program.

He is definitely a project, but he moves well. Which is really hard to find. Strength and conditioning can be developed. Mobility is really hard to find at that size and weight.
