The real fans from Kent / Auburn are never coming back. Hawks stole all of them a long time ago.
This is the truth. In the 80s and 90s, you couldn't give away Hawks tickets for many years. Now those games are packed and the Huskies are worried if Miss Saigon is coming to the 5th Ave theater.

Not in the 1980s. The Hawks made the playoffs in 1988. But starting around 1991-92, the demand for Hawks tickets plummeted.
