What does that have to do with all his hand wringing about a B-2 strike on Iran's nuke facilities? The two big hits on China have been the tariffs forcing China to back off on predatory trade and steering hundreds of billions of dollars of investment out of China and the notice that Trump is no DACO dementia patient telling Iran "Don't". I give Bannon lots of credit where credit is due.

I have completely switched to working out outside whenever possible. Bodyweight park near the house… Vitamin D… grounding… fresh air.
The only advantage to a gym is the motivation that comes from seeing yoga pants wearing smokeshows. But now that i am not in my 20s anymore, that doesn't have the same appeal.

I stopped following the team in 2002 or 2003 when Howard Lincoln went on KJR and said Seattle was not like Boston or New York where all that matters is winning the World Series. He said Seattle's main goal was to provide a wonderful family atmosphere at the ballpark. And I asked myself, "Why the hell have I been following this team so closely since I was eight years old, if they're not doing everything they can to win a title?" I stopped watching the games and I have been to the ballpark only twice in about 22 years.
