Correct. The ten year thing is and has always been a joke. It’s a check the box exercise to show the ten year effect of the legislation. Both sides have weaponized the 10 year thing, Republicans put their cuts in the out years and get to claim cuts without actually cutting anything. Dems rig it so their immediate cash grabs can be called deficit neutral in the out years with proposed tax increases that still need legislation to be become real.

I'll go to my grave saying 05 USC usually beats that Texas team. 06-08 would have been interesting too. They weren't as good as the earlier USC teams, but 06 and 08 would have been interesting probably making to the final against Urb's Florida and then 07 USC was super flawed but that was the most wide open year in college football history so they could have easily won it all.
