Fish has upgraded the roster and seems like he’s built a good infrastructure from the top down. They’ve sunk 20 million to make the facilities look and run the way Judd wants it. UW just finished top 5 in the B10. If Judd isn’t top 5 in the B10 coaching salaries you push him into that. Maybe not a natty coach but I think he can push UW to the playoffs and after the roster genocide of 2023 that’s a pretty fucking good rebound.

Everyone here sticks to it's all the coach but you can't win without talent. Fisch is getting his guys in here. I haven't seen a Sark blowout. This team is an OL and a couple of defensive upgrades from contending. Pay Fisch. If he's not the guy, fire him. If he's not the guy, they shouldn't have hired him in the first place. Hiring a coach that improves the team year over year and lands a top rated recruiting class deserves a raise. Paying him a lower tier Big 10 Salary signals you're a bottom feeding program. Pretender not a contender.

ASU gave him 7.5 million. That’s not huge money in today‘s coaching world. Michigan likely would have offered more. He stayed because he loves ASU. PGOS was right on this one. Case closed.
