He lives near me and annoyingly brings his dog over every morning to play with my dog even though my dog is kind of over it and I am annoyed and busy but he's autisticy and doesn't seem to realize it or care.

Interesting. I thought it seemed that things were pointing towards the 4* instate from Lincoln, Ale Kahn's brother, actually. He has been tumbling down the rankings for a while, which also points to committing to UW. This guy appears to be small and from Arizona, so that definitely checks Judd's boxes.
