Sort of like PIPS wasn't charged for illegally storing classified documents on a private server but since she didn't mean to then it was ok. Never mind that intent wasn't part of the crime requirement and that it sort of seems like the setting up and using the private server was to store her government emails so they couldn't be subject to FOIA requests. PIPS wasn't President either with the power to declassify documents. No unequal application of the law here.
