Re: Napier out at Florida
If UW gets bailed out with Fisch as they did with Sark, I'll do nothing consequential outwardly, but my soul will be apoplectic.

Re: Anybody notice the growing trend of coaches getting axed in October?
Did the Harbaugh "finally getting it going at Michigan" start when the recording other teams and sign stealing?
I can't remember the timeline there.

Re: Napier out at Florida
wait…is there actual talk of hiring Judd? The guy has done jack shit here and very little overall in his career and he is fresh off an embarrassing loss to a mediocre team while his calling card of offense scores 7 points. I don’t get it.

Somewhere in small-town USA, there is a family preparing for a once-in-a-lifetime summer vacation — a road trip to end all road trips. National monuments, campsites, memories to last a lifetim …

ESPN this morning had Fisch and Kiffin as the two guys they should go after.

Re: The Hardcore Husky Podcast: If Cignetti was a grand slam hire, Fisch was a fielder's choice*
Kingsberry had coached Mahomes, Murray, Mayfield and probably another one I’m forgetting in college. That was his selling point at least. He may land one of these open jobs.
Jedd hasn’t coached any good qb’s doesn’t have a system and doesn’t have any results. His only selling point is his one year stints working under good NFL coaches that didn’t see the need for a second and his legendary 2023 Arizona year that I’ll tell my grandchildren about.

I think I saw him wearing a purple tie the other day…

Kingsbury was also viewed as an innovative offensive mind, for what it was worth.
What is Fisch viewed as? He's not innovative at all. Not sure at this point what the NFL would see in him. He really needs to have a wild-ass successful season at UW to turn heads in their direction. It was sort of looking like it could possibly maybe conceivably happen, but getting routed 48-13 combined by the two B1G bluebloods has definitely taken the luster off his lily.
That said. If someone is dumb enough to hire him away, who am I to say they shouldn't?

Re: Napier out at Florida
Fisch has done nothing at UW to warrant getting attention for any coaching vacancy if the AD at said school is under any pressure to win.

Re: How did we?
It looks like the coaches watched the USC Michigan tape and didn't think that Michigan's coaches would adjust at all.
