I think this is partially correct but you also need to take into account that that these millennial men have grown up in a society where they've been conditioned to tamp down their masculinity and where they are rewarded for giving the answers they gave in this survey. Millennials most likely talk a big game about giving back and promote their volunteer work in the social media but they aren't actually doing it at a greater rate then men from earlier generations. -
