You're correct, I was in error about her making that comment after he was elected. Either way, how were her words taken out of context? And what she is saying is that unlike when Reagan ran for President in 1980 or 1984 or even Bill Clinton in 1992, this time someone was running who wasn't trying to dived people. First of all that statement is a lie and certainly it doesn't apply to Reagan especially Reagan in 1984.
