Universal, should mean for all. Obamacare was supposed to make sure ALL have health insurance. That obviously is/was a failure.

So I'm still waiting for your definition of Universal, but again that sounds like a sacred cow.

Obamacare was not intended to be universal health Care. Obama campaigned on universal health Care and pussed out and caved to the insurance lobby. So we ended up with that pile of shit that could never be universal health Care but that didn't stop me from defending it for years and advocating for Hillary who wanted to keep it.
