This is massive news for many reasons. We need good OT's badly. Mele is probably my top guy on our board at OT. It also means that Huff might actually be good at recruiting.
We needed to get Mele on board ASAP because he was very close to getting offers from everyone. He will blow up his senior year and now that we have him committed it'll be tougher to pull him away.

There's a story on Roof's site claiming that UW leads for Curne but I can't find anything anywhere else to back that up. I don't know if he has even visited. That would be a great class for us regardless. Mele would be good in any class. That's why I was so happy to get him on board because he's one of the few guys out west this year that has that high end potential.Edwin_Bambino said:
